Shipping Policy

At FTCG, we aim to deliver your car care products quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all cities and areas across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta): 3–5 business days
• Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order threshold. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a standard shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the threshold is met.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Order Processing
• Orders placed on business days before the cutoff time are processed the same day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking information (where available) via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status with the courier.

6. Payment on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partner will collect payment upon delivery.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel.
• Returned parcels due to customer unavailability may incur a re-shipping fee.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at ftcg.pk@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.

9. Changes to Your Order
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
