3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via bank transfer.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.
• FTCG reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds
FTCG handles returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mintcream-bison-156361.hostingersite.com@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We will review each request individually and work towards a fair resolution.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return consideration.
• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability
FTCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
